How to Sell

Selling at auction involves 3 steps:

Valuation

Please make an appointment or use our online valuation form to obtain an auction appraisal on your items. Items are given a low and high estimate and a reserve price may be set in accordance with the client and valuer.

Consignment Agreement

Before your items are auctioned a copy of your consignment form will be forwarded to you for approval. It will list your items and prices, our conditions of business and any fees. 

Please note there is 22% vendor commission (including gst) on all items sold at auction + a $10 once payable fee per lot.

All items will be described, photographed and featured in our online catalogue and on international bidding platforms Live Auctioneers and Invaluable.

Payment

A copy of your results will be emailed to you 2 days after an auction. Payment is made 4 weeks after the auction by cheque or a bank transfer into your nominated bank account.
